The bottom line is that the results have been documented and there are many who have received quick and proven results.

Dentists use a moderate level of peroxide (anywhere from 22%-35%), as this is the active ingredient that can make the largest difference between yellow, white, and bright teeth. The debate may linger as to the best teeth whitening method, but there is no argument that the dentists have the best teeth whitening formula.
